Gratitude Beads designed based on the Chakra System
The Chakras describe the body as an energy system specifying areas of high-energy activity.
Chakra is a Sanskrit word-meaning wheel or vortex. The chakras are described as energy centers assigned to certain places in the body where energy flows and intersects. When all centers are open the energy flows freely. When one or more are blocked the body is out of balance. The ancient eastern masters assigned colors to each of the seven chakras. They are represented in the beads with various semi precious gems.
Simply stated:
Red: spine (grounding or survival)
Orange: spleen (creativity & sexuality)
Yellow: just above the naval (power center)
Green: heart ( love, compassion, forgiveness)
Blue: throat ( self expression & truth)
Indigo: third eye ( knowledge, intuition, dignity)
Violet: crown ( strength, passion, spirituality)
So you look at your beads and check the colors with the description above.
The beads begin with quartz crystals that represent clarity.
Clarity is necessary to live our lives with focus and direction to alleviate self-doubt and confusion. There are 3 crystals and the #3 represents the past, present and future or child, mother and crone. The silver beads separating the clear quartz represent the moon.
The moon in Hawaiian stands for the Hina Goddess who is associated with the different phases of life.
So the beginning of the beads reminds us that having clarity helps us to approach the phases of our lives with understanding and wisdom.
Another symbol is the gold or silver beads that separate the various gems. There are nine on each side. The # 9 is a number that always goes back to itself. i.e. 2x9=18 1+8=9 9x5=45 5+4=9 9x9 =81 8+1=9 etc.
The 9 is to symbolize how we must always go back to our self. The best life is when we take the time to be still and go within. It is in doing this that we gain peace and balance.
The concept is to find true abundance by opening your eyes to what exists in you and all around you. This is the 30 -day challenge.
The seven larger stones are there to touch or see and be a guide for you. Each day you will say 7 things you are grateful for 3 times a day. That is 21 times a day that you acknowledge something in your environment. If you do this for 30 days you will have identified 630 different things that you connected with that matter in your life.
The beads will remind you to be conscious of all that exists in the realm of your senses. Your awareness will connect you to that which is always there but sometimes not seen.
This attitude of gratitude will create a vibration that will bring more smiles on your face and more joy in your heart.
